Email Tools
Powerful browser-based email tools for marketers, recruiters and sales teams. Extract emails from any text, clean and deduplicate lists, validate formats, split large lists and more — all processed locally in your browser for total privacy.
Email lists are at the heart of modern outreach — whether you're a marketer building a campaign, a recruiter sourcing candidates, or a sales team prospecting leads. But raw email data is rarely clean: it arrives buried in documents, tangled with duplicates, or formatted inconsistently across sources.
Our email tools handle every stage of the email list lifecycle. Start by extracting addresses from any block of text, a CSV, or a pasted web page. Then deduplicate and sort the results, validate each format against RFC standards, and split oversized lists into sender-friendly batches. Every operation runs entirely inside your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server, so even sensitive contact data stays on your device.
Because all processing is client-side, there are no rate limits, no account required, and no cost. Paste in a million-row list or a single paragraph — the tools handle it instantly.

How to choose the right email tool
If you have raw text and need addresses pulled out of it, start with the Email Extractor. If you already have a list but it contains duplicates, reach for the Email Deduplicator. Need to check whether addresses are syntactically valid before sending? Use the Email Validator. For a list too large for your sending platform, the Email Splitter lets you cut it into equal chunks. Most workflows use two or three of these tools in sequence — extract, deduplicate, validate, then split.
