What to include
To help us respond quickly, please include the following where relevant:
- Bug reports - the tool name, the browser you are using, and what you expected vs. what happened
- Tool requests - a short description of the task the tool should perform
- Content corrections - the page URL and the correction
- Privacy questions - see our Privacy Policy first; we will answer anything it does not cover
- Advertising and partnerships - a brief description of your proposal
Response times
We are a small team, so please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. Bug reports affecting many users are prioritised and usually fixed much sooner.
What we can help with
Write to us about a tool that produced the wrong result, a page that will not load, or a browser where a button does nothing. Include the page address, the browser name, and a short description of the input you used. You do not need to send the full file. A few sample lines are enough, and you should remove any addresses or documents you are not comfortable sharing.
We also read requests for a new browser tool when the task is specific: what you paste in, what you want back, and which file types matter. Feature requests that describe a real workflow are much easier to build than a one-word idea. If you are asking about advertising, say who you represent and what you want to place. We do not sell email lists, and we will not accept a message whose purpose is to buy or scrape contacts.
Privacy questions are welcome after you have read the Privacy Policy. Most tools never upload what you paste. If a tool says it performs a live lookup or a server check, that note on the page is the behaviour we can explain. For a correction to an article, glossary entry, or comparison, send the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong, plus the source you are using.
