How to use Email List Merger

1. Paste your first email list into the List A box, in whatever separator format that list currently uses.
2. Paste your second email list into the List B box, again using any common separators without reformatting first.
3. Enable the Lowercase option if you want a uniform lowercase result, and turn on Sort to order it alphabetically.
4. Click the Merge lists button to combine both inputs and remove every duplicate address across them at once.
5. Check the stats panel to see the total combined count, the merged unique count, and how many duplicates were removed.
6. Copy the merged list to your clipboard, or export it as a TXT or CSV file ready for import elsewhere.

By default, List A entries appear first in the output, followed by the unique addresses from List B, which preserves a sensible order when one list takes priority. Enabling Sort instead returns the whole merged list alphabetically, and the Lowercase option normalises capitalisation across both sources. Duplicate matching is always case-insensitive, so the same address written with different capitalisation in each list is correctly collapsed into one entry.

All merging runs locally in your browser with JavaScript, so neither list is ever sent to a server and nothing is stored after you leave the page, keeping confidential contacts private. Note that the tool removes exact duplicate addresses only; it does not validate that each mailbox is deliverable.
