Advanced Email Extractor

Extract emails with names, companies and websites from text, CSV or HTML.

The Advanced Email Extractor pulls every email address out of plain text, CSV files, or raw HTML source code in seconds, then enriches each result with the name, company, and website it can find nearby. Instead of a flat list, you get a structured contact table that is ready to drop into a spreadsheet, CRM, or outreach sequence without tedious manual cleanup afterwards.

It is built for sales teams, recruiters, marketers, and researchers who routinely sift through exports, directories, and web pages for contactable leads. Professional filters let you keep only business or personal addresses, exclude noisy keywords such as noreply, drop entire domains, deduplicate automatically, and sort the output, so the table you export already matches the rules of your campaign.

Everything runs locally using JavaScript inside your browser, with no server round trip and no account required. Choose an input mode, paste or upload your content, set any filters you need, and click Extract emails to build the table and a live statistics dashboard. Because nothing is uploaded, even confidential client lists stay entirely on your own device at all times.

Features

  • Offers three dedicated input modes so you can paste plain text, supply CSV rows, or feed raw HTML source.
  • Recovers the name, company, and website alongside each address when those fields exist in structured CSV or HTML data.
  • Filters the results to business-only or personal-only addresses by matching domains against a built-in list of free providers.
  • Lets you exclude any address containing specific keywords such as noreply, support, or info to remove obvious noise.
  • Removes entire unwanted domains from the output so internal or competitor addresses never reach your final contact table.
  • Normalises letter case and removes duplicate addresses automatically, with an optional A to Z sort for tidy lists.
  • Shows a live dashboard counting total records, extracted emails, duplicates, filtered removals, business, and personal addresses.
  • Exports the finished contact table to CSV, XLSX, or TXT, or copies it straight to your clipboard for pasting.

How to use Advanced Email Extractor

  1. Select the input format that matches your source, choosing Plain text, CSV, or HTML source from the dropdown menu.
  2. Paste your content directly into the input box, or upload a .txt, .csv, or .html file from your own device.
  3. Decide whether you want all addresses or only business or personal ones using the email type selector dropdown.
  4. Add any keywords or domains you want excluded, and toggle the remove duplicates, lowercase, and sort options as needed.
  5. Click the Extract emails button to parse the source, build the contact table, and populate the live statistics panel.
  6. Review the results and stats, then export the table to CSV, XLSX, or TXT, or copy it to your clipboard.

Benefits

  • Sales teams turn raw CRM exports and online directories into clean prospect lists that are ready for outreach.
  • Recruiters quickly pull candidate names and email addresses from spreadsheets and career pages without manual copying.
  • Marketers separate business leads from personal addresses so that each segment receives the right campaign messaging.
  • Researchers convert messy text dumps and saved web pages into structured, exportable contact tables within moments.
  • Anyone handling sensitive lists benefits from local processing that keeps confidential contacts off any external server.
  • Teams save hours of tedious cleanup because filtering, deduplication, and enrichment all happen in a single pass.

When you choose CSV mode, the extractor parses your file with a proper CSV reader and intelligently matches column headers named like email, name, company, and website, so the context around each address is preserved. If no obvious email column exists, it scans every cell in the row to find one. That makes it ideal for cleaning exports from CRMs, event tools, directories, and marketing platforms that use varied header names.

In HTML mode, the tool first reads mailto: links and the anchor text beside them to recover a likely name, then strips the remaining markup and sweeps the plain text for any addresses the links missed. That two-pass approach helps when capturing team pages, staff directories, or saved web sources. The business and personal split relies on a known list of free providers, so an unusual personal domain may occasionally be classed as business.

Because all parsing, filtering, and exporting happen with JavaScript in your browser, nothing you paste or upload is ever sent to a server, which makes the tool safe for confidential client lists and internal data. Keep in mind that extraction is format based rather than live verification, so it confirms an address looks valid rather than that the mailbox actually receives mail. Pair it with the Email List Cleaner for an extra validation pass.
