Our editorial principles
Content must help a reader complete a real task, use plain language, distinguish facts from recommendations and explain important limitations. We avoid filler written only to attract search traffic.
Pages are designed to support the related tool rather than hide it. Advertising must not be presented as navigation, a download button or a tool result.
Research and testing
Instructions are based on the current behavior of our tools and relevant public technical standards or primary documentation where available. Tool workflows are tested with representative inputs before publication.
Comparisons focus on meaningful differences such as privacy, input limits, supported formats and workflow fit. We do not publish fabricated testimonials, ratings or performance claims.
Review and updates
We review content when a tool changes, a standard is updated or a reader reports a problem. High-impact pages and claims are prioritised. The date shown on policy pages reflects their latest material review.
Corrections
If you find an error, send the page URL and correction to contact@freeemailextractors.com. We investigate reproducible issues and update the page when a correction is warranted.
Automation and human responsibility
Automation may assist with drafting, formatting or quality checks, but published content remains our responsibility. We review content for accuracy, usefulness, duplication and compliance before release.
Advertising independence
Advertising helps fund the site but does not control tool behavior, editorial conclusions, rankings or comparisons. Sponsored content, if introduced, will be clearly identified and separated from independent editorial material.
Sources we rely on
Tool pages are checked against the current behavior of the utility they describe. Glossary entries that explain a standard, such as DNS, XML, or email authentication, are written from the public specification or the provider's own documentation, not from a second-hand summary. When a claim depends on a vendor limit or a mailbox-provider rule, we name the source of that rule and the date we reviewed it.
We do not invent benchmarks, user counts, or rankings. A comparison says which workflow fits a job. It does not award a score we cannot reproduce from the product in front of us.
What we will not publish
We will not publish instructions for collecting addresses from sites you are not allowed to access, for bypassing a consent or unsubscribe requirement, or for presenting an advertisement as a tool result. We also skip pages that repeat another URL with only the keyword changed. If two guides would answer the same question, one of them is rewritten to a different intent or removed.
